The "free" trial will cost you money...

****************.. they offered a 7 day free trial which I thought was neat, to test connectivity where I live... It wasn't all that great so I tried to cancel it. The cancel button didn't want to work within the trial period. Conveniently for them to bill me for the rest of the month I could deactivate it the day billing commenced. I'm furious!
