The experience I have received from Rain is terrible, I subscribed for their R599 deal where you get a router and 2 simcards that get loaded 2 gigs of data, 100 min talk time and 100 sms, but I only received all of that the first month after that I have not received any bundles on both simcards and I have been paying for the last 3 months. I have sent them tickets complaining about what's going on for the last 3 weeks and they have not bothered to call me, today I received a call from them saying that I have used all my bundles on the simcards and I don't understand how because I haven't been able to access internet unless I'm home using the wifi and to top it all I can't make any calls with the so called minutes... They are terrible and they don't even care to fix what's going on I am disappointed and livid because of their lack of emphaty for their clients.
