The experience I had with rain is beyond bad , I have been having no internet connection for 2 weeks no I requested for a call from support so many times but no call comes through I even send an email but no response when I call through to rain the number rings and then it cuts off . Even the rain SIM cards they gave with the router is not working at all they took my money but won't fix the problem what type of customer service is this !!! To say I'm furious is an understatement I want to end this cause I could have gone with a better service provider but I trusted rain given the fact that I thought they would do and provide the best when I ordered the router the service was genuine but now that I have it and been paying nothing is done with my issue I have it's unacceptable
