The end service from agent was very helpful

The end service from agent was very helpful. But email queries were not handled. Subscriptions bounce even tho money available. Url supp**** to pay manually does not work yet internet is very quickly disconnected. Agent was most apologetic which i accept and said they had been having the same problems with other clients. Wish they would respond to emails timeously and ensure their email addresses and urls are in working order
