please take note of the below.. i cannot believe that rain cannot provide me with my call logs and sms logs for October 2023

that is i need the numbers dialed and the numbers that sms's were sent to from both my sim cards. i have now reviewed rain for the attention of the Devi show on hello Peter

SR Suren R 6 reviews | Active since Oct 2023 30 Nov 2023 at 11:23 RAIN 5G Good day Devi Would you kindly assist me and many others that are having endless issues with the absolute pathetic customer service from Rain 5G. personally myself i have spent more airtime calling rain support for an itemized billing for October 2023. every call center agent cannot assist. some does not even know that Rain can provide an itemized billing meaning they don't know it is possible to get all numbers dialed and all numbers SMSed from the rain sim cards. I received invoices at times when i request a call and sms history. most of the times i receive an email with no attachment although on their side they say there are attachment's.. every time i you request for an itemized billing (call and sms history) they cannot assist because they don't have access to email it and it has to be escalated to the "billing department "which i call a ghost department because as clients we do not and cannot contact the billings department directly. once a request is made they send an email someone will call back and that 99% of the time no ever calls bac. they don't reply to emails sent to them. and if they do it takes forever without what you requested for. i have been requesting my October call and sms logs since early November and at first it was escalated to the billings department for many times then i was informed by another agent who said it should be escalated to the voice department to which she will do and now recently i am being sent only the November call and sms history as per the mails that is all they can provide at the current time. i have reviewed rain 5g many a times on Hello peter and get what seems to be an automated message and still no October call and sms logs. this would be an ideal topic for one of your shows to investigate. Rain came out with the new 4g sim cards and as per the call center agents they cannot a block a number from contacting a person using a rain sim card, they cannot provide incoming call numbers and incoming sms numbers. every conversation via my cell phone calls to Rain is recorded on their side. the number of emails sent and received is on both their side and my side. it takes forever to get through Rain and when you do they cannot assist or the call gets cut off sometimes they call back and at times they don't. ones airtime is wasted. it builds up the frustration that atimes one become vulgar. recently when i ask to speak to a senior on the floor i get told the person is in a meeting and will get back to me. to date still waiting for that call please look on Facebook and every other social media the frustrations of the clients of rain and the pathetic customer service. i was a few times told that rain can provide the call and sms logs for three months by a customer center agents soon i will be told they cannot provide me because after three months they don't keep a record. please assist myself and many others who are "taken for a roller coaster ride" by rain. i have spent more minutes on my cell to rain than i have spent for the entire year.
