THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF RAIN SUCKS

I tried to purchase a rain SIM card on the 22 march 2022. I was told by the sales person that I have already made a purchase on the 16 march 2022 contrary to my knowledge. The person used my ID number and telephone number to make the purchase. The person lives 1200km away from my present address. A place I have never seen in my life. The sales person became aware that it is a ********** transaction. I told him to stop the delivery of the card. The funny thing is that the card was delivered today. I even received the SMS telling me to activate the card. I have all the names of the salespersons to whom I have spoken as I have them written down. Also besides the call centre number there is no other number to chat to someone senior at rain. So basically we are all numbers and not human. THE SERVICE OF RAIN SUCKS. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Rain.
