The Company Rain is a ****!

I signed up for a month to month contract with these guys.

After the 1st month I wanted to cancel and obviously I couldn't get hold of them on the cancelation department, when I finally got through I was transferred and as you can imagine, I was ignored, waiting on hold for 15 minutes.

I then requested 4 times for a call back, 20 days no call back, no response on email.

Woke up this morning and realized I've been debited twice on my FNB. They can't reverse the transaction due to their policies.

I really think this company is a Mafia business, taking money for a service you don't want, and refusing to cancel your account.

Do not be a victim of this companies ****!
