The company keeps debiting me for something that does not work and not use.
The company keeps debiting me for something that does not work and not use. I even sent tried to contact you to ask for refund but you seem not to take your customers serious "We do not take telephonic queries". Please stop debiting me and also please refund me for the 2 months you have already debited for something that does not work.
