The BEST load of **** you can sign yourself up to (*****, *******ION)

I've been with Rain for almost a year now, partly my own stupidity for feeding their *******ion. This ISP charges you R999 a month for 150mb up and down, but they do not even come close to this the consistency you get is a bare minimum of 15mbps on an average the whole month through and when you try and called to to fix the issue they just tell you to switch off you router and switch it back on, and let me tell you that is a load of sh#t!!!

Now that I've tried numerous times to cancel they keep telling me "Yeah they'll escalate it to the billing department which you cannot even call because they can't handle the heat so they only operate via EMAIL guess that is what you get for running a ********** company like this. But my oh my can they call you when you want to sign up!!

I've went to the extent of opening an attempt of theft at the police station still waiting till now.

I would not likely recommend this ISP to anyone I know, and not even one of this 5 star rating on here can clear up the bad rep this company has! An astonishing 13483 (85%) of this companies reviews are 1 STAR rating this is ****! and they need to pay for their *******ion!!
