The agent was very professional but the network is another issue it keeps dropping and last month I had the same issue

The agent was very professional but the network is another issue it keeps dropping and last month I had the same issue. This month was from the 1st till now the 13th I am getting 7mb on a 60MB line. Hopefully it will be fine moving forward. The rating is for the agent only
