The agent Asanda gave good customer service however she could not solve mt problem, rain as a provider is pathetic,they blocked my internet service in November but charged me for it at the end of nivember, I then asked for my money back, which they told me they will offset my next payment with that refund,they again charged me on the 1st of december, today I am told I will be charged the full amount of R265.00 on the 31st of december, I am not happy with that as they are supposed to use the refund to offset this payment and only charge me the difference if there is any,I am highly upset a d not happy with them,I want my refund prior to them debiting my account on the 31st or they only debit me for the difference
