The admin or support team of Rain is *********** and don't listen to you as the client. I asked for my payment details to be changed and it still shows 15 of every month. When I checked my Rain App I found that my old banking details shows. When I did managed to speak to a support team member regarding my issue she told me I must cancel my subscription and re apply again. Very frustrating 😡😡😡😡
