the account is not in arrears!!!

I have been with Rain for almost six years now and right now i am at my wits end .I use the service for work purposes i am currently unable to work because Rain says i didn't pay the account! I have requested for assistance and i am yet to receive it , i am so done , i have tolerated the abuse over the years but this is really it .I am done !
