Ever since I have been a Rain customer, little did I experience any inconvenience, especially when it comes to their help service team. Solution oriented. I just spoke with Zamo today about a payment misunderstanding, he cleared that up for me and suggested a solution that would be fitting for me. I highly appreciate the level of professionalism coupled with soft skills. I can't recall the many times these guys made my day from laughing to straight up serious professionalism, they never go wrong.
