Thank you, Tshikane Namuramba!!!

After logging a complaint about being extremely disappointed with my connectivity, I received a call from Tshikane Namuramba (an advisor) who was an immense help and very knowledgeable regarding the issues and questions I had about the service/connectivity. Tshikane not only resolved my issue but he imparted a lot of useful information regarding internet connectivity and ways to get the best out of the service. From all my experiences dealing with similar issues from various ISPs, this was by far the most pleasant resolution.
