My problem with Rain was given the most incredible service. It was an extremely difficult problem and it did take a time to correct, but I was called and given personal cell numbers and kept in the loop. These are extremely difficult times for any company to provide the excellent service I received. Congratulations Rain for the wonderful service. My thanks to all who assisted me. Please stay safe and keep up the good work. Rain Staff are also working from home, as a life long worker from home, all I can say is keep yourselves disciplined and make yourself proud during this very difficult time.
