I would like to thank Reitumetse Parkies for saving Rain as I was on the verge of cancelling. I have been waiting a week for my sim to be activated and I have called and everyone kept telling me another department will assist which they never did.She turned a complaint into a compliment. She went above and beyond to find out what the root cause of the problem was and made sure that it is fixed. She kept me updated throughout the day and kept her word.
