I would like to thank Princess for assisting me with my router today :) Even when I had to drop off the call she continued working on my issue until it was fixed. I unfortunately did not get her surname and I called the call center back but could not be put through to her to thank her personally. Thank you once more Princess, keep up the good work!!!
