Thank you Martin for the great call! It was my first time getting rain and I hadn’t heard great stories about some of the consultants but Martin was a star. He spoke with me, answered my questions. Whenever I was rude (sorry) and interrupted him when he spoke, he always paused and addressed my question. Customer service is important for any business and I got the best.
