Thank you and keep improving Rain

I would like to express gratitude for the great service I received from Haman Soni. It's truly great to have people that when English is not their mother tongue, they are able to have a human aspect of assisting a customer through consultation with seniors and being able to provide a feedback that satisfies a customer.

I enjoy using rain network at home, however I would like to request Rain to please work on solutions to bring to a haul the network interrupt in the area of Pomona in Kempton Park.
