Thank You

I recently decided to go for rain. I decided Saturday 24 june to make a call request and Rodney from rain called me back in 5minutes. Every question I had was explained to me. Rodney advised me accordingly of what I needed to know even things I did not want but had to understand the service comes with them. I did not feel like he was just pushing for a sale and I thank him for that. I drove to Sandton to their rain store and met Meeren and the other stuff. They were friendly and welcoming and while arrived 5 before knockoff, they assisted me accordingly. My rain is set up and activated and I thought to make sure I thank the rain team. As customers we are most loudest when we get bad service but we need to be louder in show of appreciation for good services too.
