Rain 5G is the worst ever, People must not go for there services, That company is fruad house...

I took up a month to month with them and there my nightmares started, The billed me but no internet service and they just keep on billing me.

The call center staff is the worst and they dont care about you, I'm sitting without internet yet I paid, you call them and they just laugh at you... I called the call center for the whole month and nothing look like they are clueless and won't do anything to solve the problem, Nothing at all.

Worst service provider, I hate them and I will be contacting telkom for a subscription coz Rain is so bad I can sleep.

I hate them, Dont fall Into this **** company
