TERSHIA FROM RAIN

When i issued my problem with Rain and wanted to cancel my subscription after many days of back and forth. Tershia, rains Consultant came to my rescue and took my issues as if it was hers, what a great Consultant through and through, even when I felt like the issue is taking long to be resolved, Tershia was persistent with me and kept me updated with everything possible from cancelation issues to delivery issues.

Tershia made sure that I was her top priority. Tershia thank you so much for being so patient and understanding with me, your help has made me reconsider my cancelation and I am hoping for your sake that I stay with Rain just because you Assistanted me through out. Thanks again Tershia.
