TERRIBLY SLOW INTERNET SPEEDS

I have been battling with Rain to sort out my absolute slow network since March 2020. They are unable to help me and this is becoming very frustration. I am getting speeds under 1mbps and am paying R479 per month and not getting the speeds I was suppose to gent. Please can you get them to sort this out with immediate effect.
