Terribly poor service!
I have been using RAIN for the last 18 months and have never had anything to complain about. However, this past weekend my rain router constantly reboots every 5 minutes. I have called Customer Service multiple times and eventually advised that my router needs to be replaced. Now that my router needs to be replaced, I get no feedback when this will be done. This is terribly poor service. I work from home due to COVID and I am reliant on Internet Connection to perform my work obligations. This is utterly disappointing from a company that I raved about for many months.

16 Aug 2021, 12:03Am I going to get any assistance soon? My device has rebooted about 75 times since 5AM this morning. This is absolutely ridiculous that no one has contacted me regarding swapping out the Router.
