TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING
I called on Thursday last week to cancel one 5G which I was using at the office and get a home 5G which I ordered and paid for same day, I spoke to one consultant from KZN who assured me everything is fine! This morning when I call I spoke to another consultant names Tshepang who then promised me that she can cancel the 5G with immediate effect which is what the KZN consultant agent said she cant help with.
Few hours later my 4G is no longer working and when I call the Ayanda from KZN answers and hung up while she had me on hold "apprently trying to sort out my query" but never called back. I called few immediately and someone answered their phone and never said anything!!! Thier friend called them I think, I heard "Mpho tlaya" then they hung up AGAIN!!! CALLER AVOIDANCE we used to call when I was still a centre agent at Vodacom back in 2009!
Guys am wondering do these agents even get training? Do they know what they are coming there to do? This is really a terrible image you guys are giving yourselves and for a business that wants to grow and be there forever! you are doing a terrible job in maintaining your clients! I am now no longer reactivating the 4G sim card and I think I will surely wait for a better service provider and take my business elsewhere.
The sad part is, it is the very same people who are at the call centre who will be mostly affected by loosing their jobs than the executive of RAIN! I sometimes ask myself if they know that the customers they are assisting could be their possible future employers! When we see the experience RAIN, we will certainly remember the service we do not get from you and overlook your CVs just like we do for Shoprite or government employees.
Think twice behind that call... this is terrible and its got to stop!
