Terrible/bad service

Good day Rain I am getting in touch again regarding the same issue it hasn't been resolved yet, I've contacting you guys for the past two months now but still nothing is being done, you keep saying you will get in touch, you will fix it soon but but I am not getting any help

What you guys mean or say is that you can't change my payment date or what 🤔
