Terrible would recommend to never take rain for personal nor business use

For months and months on end I've struggled with connectivity and less than competent support desk. Their only responses are have you rest it? Have you hard reset it?? Everything is fine on our side. We will escalate it.

For over 8 months I've had to take work home because I am unable to do it at work(my area does not have fibre)

Now for 3 weeks I've barely been able to respond to emails this is truly unacceptable. I've called countless times for assistance and requested a technician to come out but to no success. If anyone could recommend a steady lte or adsl package for me that would be greatly appreciated.
