Terrible WiFi and unacceptable customer support.

Rain WiFi is absolutely terrible, WiFi barely works, advanced support was supposed to contact me multiple times to assist with the issues. We have logged complaints. Upon registration we were told 5G was available in our area, multiple support staff have informed us that there was a 5G tower in our area. A different support member eventually informed us that it all was a lie and there is no 5G tower near our area. The best part is the case has been elevated to advanced support 3 times now and they still have not contacted us despite waiting days to weeks after complaints. I would not recommend this company in the slightest and customer services plus the lies are completely abhorrent to. Extremely disappointed and will be cancelling the contract shortly.
