Terrible WiFi and costumer service
I got a Rain SIM and WiFi in the last week of June 2020. The service was terrible as it keeps dropping off even on 5G. Contacted customer service who asked me to send screenshots and details of the problem which I did. They came back to me to say that my speed is OK for the service I subscribe to. The consultant care not that the network is dropping and I have an upload speed of 0.3mb. Yet they billed me for one full month and again for July 2020.
