Terrible upload speed, Terrible service,

My Wifi connection was moved from the 25mb to 50mb offering which Rain did without asking their customers, and from that time my download speed is pretty decent, most of the time, but I have not been able to get more than 2mb upload speed, whereas I was getting close to 20mb before. I use this for business and upload large files, and now I cant work properly. I have informed Rain, Logged a query over 2 weeks now and it was supposed to have been escalated, as it was a repeat issue, but no one has even contacted me since then. I have gone onto their ticketing system and updated it and sent emails, but still no response.
