Terrible , unsatisfying service by Rain.. do not think of joining Rain!!!!
Such a disappointing network I received my SIM card on the 8th February , up until today I don’t have internet. All their consultants have been telling total different stories.. how unprofessional is that. I am disappointed and cancelling my SIM card I need another network. Hook me up with a better servicing network company not this stupid network.

05 Mar 2021, 10:12Dissappointments after disappointments..it was rep**** that I will receive a call from the agent. I did not get any call nor got any assistance when I called myself. Today is the 5th and still the SIM card is not activated. I need SIM card activation done ASAP I cannot wait for the agent’s useless call and their escalations which have not been attended to. I NEED MY SIM CARD COMPLETELY ACTIVATED NOW TODAY!!!
