Terrible unreliable connection,
The internet connection is unreliable, I have complained numerous times, it was sorted for about 2 weeks and now it's gone again. Please see past review and complaint.
See below video and resolve this. From yesterday it has been doing this, and from 5 am it has been like this and every app says unstable network. The trouble shooting of router on and off and moving the router does not work. Please fix this problem once and for all so I don't have to keep coming n putting one star reviews cause I cannot get one month full where I can use the connection fully. See below video, I cannot stream on twitch, cannot watch YouTube channels. It's at 144p buffering or the home screen doesn't load. Hello Peter took 10min to get here.

20 Jun 2023, 16:06Hi the network itself is unstable. Ms is fluctuating every 30min or hour n stays bad for 3 or 4 hours before a brief relief. I am using it currently in a 5g mobile device and no matter where the phone is the network is being slow n unstable , especially in alll the spots it USED to be 100% fine

Router on after 1 week n back to the same timeout. Sorry network unstable. Cannot load hello Peter. I'm using my mtn data to do this review. Thick of you guys with excuses all the time with no solution. Sound like eskom, poor service delivery but want money

04 Jul 2023, 07:39Right of the back, the ms is fluctuating. Launched my main game no stream and I'm getting 120ms plus all the way to 200 n back down to 120ms n up again. Atleast it let me login I guess.. NOT a great start or outlook
