Terrible the sales person on the phone who sold me your rain one package informed me that my area is covered. Waited 14 days for my package to arrive, my 5g router does not work After numerous phone calls with 4 different customer service agents informing me on different trouble shooting issues Eventually after my fifth call to your customer service department a helpfull agent told me that this area is not covered by rain at all.
