Terrible Terrible Terrible!

Cancel my connection within the allocated time because their internet services are atrocious. I cannot believe the speeds that I was getting on a "premium" plan. Was promised a full refund. I have the written communication from Rain. I was told the money would be back in my account in 10 days. It's over two months now and I still haven't been refunded. Reading the other reviews it seems they do this often.
