TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Well I have previously left a 5 star review for these guys but upon ordering another sim card they just couldn't care less. I had a live chat with a Londiwe Ntuli yesterday morning explaining I had ordered another sim card on the web and that I was unable to change the delivery address on the website and could she do it, she said she would send the escalation to RAM couriers with my change of address, even though they had not even picked the sim up yet, so why the escalation I have no idea. RAM will only deliver to where they are told to so this *********** person did not even bother to change the delivery address. I got a sms this morning from RAM saying they have the sim and will be delivering today, but to an old address. Even if their process involves an "escalation" they did not bother to follow to see that my address had been changed, horrible horrible customer service. I have spent thousands of rands with RAIN only to be treated like this. Order number 273549
