Terrible Terrible service with no resolve!

I have spend the last 3 days without wifi. I paid on the 18th of April. There is no connection.

The 18th, I phoned 4 times, have send emails with no response. The call center says it on on their side. But nothing on my side.

The 19th I phoned 8 times. Held on for 20, 28, 32 minutes on some calls. The call center guys have escalated it every time. Telling me that the technical team will be in contact with me. Till now nothing one has phoned me. No one emailed me except the call center guys when the call got disconnected.

Today I phoned another 8 times. With the same stories. Except for the last guy telling me that the towers we are connecting too is not functioning. Strange as our neighbors has exactly the same wifi and rooter and they have wifi.

This has been the most terrible service i have ever received! No one phones me back when they promised they will. No one tries to help. No management is available. No reply to emails. NOTHING!

I will not recommend Rain to anyone ever again!
