TERRIBLE & SUSPICIOUS SERVICE!

I’m furious. Absolutely ridiculous staff & company altogether. Call centre agents can’t resolve an issues & billing department is a department which cannot be contacted directly. I have been on countless calls with them this week. I paid my amount due on February 26th. On the 6th of March I then changed my debit order date to the 1st, as you did not have the 28th available, which to my understanding, should be affective April 1st, as my next payment would’ve been the 25th of March, prior to the change. Yet now I have no WIFI connectivity due to an outstanding balance. There is no way I was expected to pay end of Feb then 3 days later on the 1st of March. When I ask them to cancel my subscription altogether, I’m told I need to pay before they can do so; disregarding that the only reason I’m canceling is this inconvenience.
