Terrible Support and Service

Purchased Rains 10Mbps uncapped SIM. Been having issues getting good signal. I bought a outdoor roof booster. I now have perfect signal however my download and upload is still 0.30Mbps.

I then logged a call the service was horrible. I work in IT so I know the basic troubleshooting methods. They then told me I am out of the tower range and thats my issue. This is a fat Lie.

RSRQ: -13dB RF Connection is Good RSRP: -88dBm RF Connection is Good

They then continued to lie and Covered up by saying its high Usage in the area. Which I feel is a cover so they don't have to assist me. I then asked them to show me some sort of proof this was the fact and they just stopped replying to the email.

I called and they said they could not help me over the phone.

With speeds of 0.30Mbps this company should be ashamed to call themselves a Internet service provider.
