TERRIBLE Support

No support what so ever, instead being forced to use their useless chat bot been having intermitent internet connection for a week and best their bot can do is to say "Your primary tower has critical and minor alarms" no other useful response such as ETA on the repair or whether its been reported

Honestly can a repair take 7 days? another day has gone no improvement in service and none of your technicians have called to arrange to come to my site and assist with a new direction since your failing to fix the tower

Am I going to get assistance with this on going issues I'm experiencing or should I just cancel the service
