Terrible signal! Terrible support!

Absolutely atrocious signal and customer support. Rain spend so much money on adverts instead they should spend it on infrastructure. All the reviews give 1 star and complain. Why not listen to the customers? Why not pull up your socks and TRY at least to do better? I would feel ashamed if I was the CEO of Rain. Speeds of less than 0.4 Mps recorded. What? Are we back in 1958? Cannot even receive a Whatsapp! In a cut -throat market, Rain, you are not going to make it if you don't do some drastic house cleaning!
