Terrible Services from Rain

Very Poor Network and Bad Debit Dates. I spent the whole month of January 2026 with a very poor signal and Rain also confirmed it by sending me messages about it.

No Compensation for the poor network days that I experienced.

Now they stop my service on the 25th, when I already told them that my payment date is the 1st of February 2026.

I have proof of conversation to them.
