Terrible Service - Waste of Money

My name is Siyabonga Mhlongo ***) – I bought my sim card last week Tuesday (8th of June) got it and RICA’d it on Friday ****h of June) – I have been having problems wit the sim due to the SIM not picking up the network and contacted Rain on Saturday and I was told the issue will be sorted within 24 hours. Its been over 4 days still nothing – these guys keep telling me a technician needs to deal with this as the SIM is not connecting – I paid money for this service and its been a week now and I still don’t know the ETA for when this will be fixed – have received numerous reference numbers with the latest being #***, but this is still going on and no end in sight no one wants to give me the technicians number no one is willing to tell me when this will be fixed – just being moved from pillar to post
