Terrible service!!! Unauthorized payment.

Rain debited money from my account three weeks before the actual date and when I ask why it was debited, they tell me that it's an early debit. This isn't the first time. I didn't budget to pay my account on the 10th when my actual payment date is set to the 1st of every month.
