terrible service, *******

I have been paying for the 5g service for years now, in the last year the speed has dropped to well below 10mb but i am still being charged for the 5g, absolute ******* I will be cancelling this pathetic service if it is not corrected. They are essentially *****ing my money, charging me for a service that they do not deliver.
