Terrible service - stay away

Three tickets logged, no response. Asked social media team to get a manager to call me, still no call. Being billed when rain cannot provide a service for two weeks now. I've eventually cancelled, and I already know I will be fighting with them for months to come, trying to get my money back. Absolutely useless company.

As expected, no credit reflecting on the invoice, and I was charged for all of April, despite the fact that there was 0 usage due to the network not being available.
