Terrible service, sim doesn’t work at all

*********** consultants! Terrible service all way through! Got a sim delivered on Monday, tried it on all possible devices but never has network even in the areas rain is covered. Sim doesn’t work at all but the usage keeps going up! Consultants keep shifting blame and telling me they escalating the matter to have a technician call! Not recommending this to anyone, trying their services for the 2nd time but 3 years later still the same incompetency
