Terrible service refund still not received

The website advised we had full coverage. We ordered and paid and package was delivered, after a week of battling finally Rain technicians advise there is no coverage and take our devise back, leaving me with a delivery note and a promise to refund. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks already and still no refund and no return of calls or emails. Reference 978955
