Terrible service provider! Terrible service from call center agents!
Bad service with every single contact. No internet service since 24 July, lengthy unproductive calls which all result in a promise to escalate to the network personnel and then nothing ever happens beyond that. What a waster of R1000 I would have used to buy Free Me data & phone minutes to use over 2 months at Telkom. Two months of no internet access with rain. Terrible terrible support services!!

14 Aug 2019, 20:48rain still sees nothing from from their side. There was signal for a week and then suddenly nothing & they have no explanation. Free advice: DO NOT BUY the rain router!! Unless you have an idle R860 that you want to give away...

Unless you have an idle R860 that you want to give away... Stay off rain altogether, Telkom is so much better. I’ll just move to a place that has better Telkom coverage: problem solved.
