Terrible service provider and customer service

Terrible customer service. I have continuously tried to engage on payment dates and everyone I call. I speak to a customer service agent in India who pretends they understand what I am say and then do not execute. Whenever you try to reach them they are no where to be found and they do not know how to problem solve. DO NOT Sign up with them save you self the time and money get a better internet provider.
